2- Checking the proposal's technical and commercial points before submitting it.
3- Convincing the customer and submitting the documents required by the customer like GA drawing, installation guidance, references list, etc.
4- Visits clients to know their exact requirements. Giving clarifications & deviations on enquires & proposals. Technical and commercial negotiations. Giving a presentation to customers.
5- Handling Website, India Mart Inquiries. Selection of instrument as per client requirement. Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries.
6- Building a relationship between company and customer. Act as a link between customer and service department and maintain customer relationships.
7- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale.
8- Negotiating prices, costs, delivery, and specifications with buyers and managers. Also negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales.
Skills:
1- Technical skills: Technical skills are the knowledge and experience you have in a specific field. This can include knowing the latest technology. Having strong technical skills can help to understand the products you’re selling and help you provide better customer service.
2- Communication skills: Candidate should have communication skill to convey the information to customers and potential clients. Also, to explain technical information to customers and answer their questions and explain the benefits of the company’s products and services.
3- Product knowledge: Sales engineers should have a thorough understanding of the product they’re representing. This includes knowing the product’s features, how it works and how it compares to similar products. This knowledge can help you answer questions from potential customers and provide them with the information they need to make a purchasing decision.
